These terms are a legal agreement between you and CARDEX governing your use of the CARDEX app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

Who can use CARDEX

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

What CARDEX does

CARDEX lets you photograph real-world cars, identifies them using AI, turns them into collectible stickers, and lets you collect them in a personal index sorted and trade stickers with other players in theMarket. Identification is automated and provided for fun and general interest.

Important: identification can be wrong. Do not rely on CARDEX to determine a vehicle's make, model, year, value, condition, authenticity, or safety, or for aercial, or legal decision. Always useindependent, qualified judgment.

Accounts

CARDEX uses an account so your collection and subscription can be saved and synced. Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and don't impersonate ohat is offensive, misleading, or infringessomeone's rights. We may reclaim or change usernames that violate these terms.

CARDEX+ subscription

• What it is. CARDEX+ is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks features such as unlimited catches, access to theMarket to sell your stickers, and a Verifiedgoing development.
• Billing. CARDEX+ is sold and billed through your Apple App Store account. Price and available plans are shown in thapp before you purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple account is charges before the period ends.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Managing and cancelling. You manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are processed by Apple, not by us.
• Changes. We may change features or pricing for future periods. Material changes are communicated as required and apply on renewal.

The Market and in-app coins

• CARDEX includes a Market where players list and trade stickers using coins, an in-app virtual currency.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased for real money, redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the Service. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use coins within CARDEX; you do not own them.
